| Job Description/ Responsibilities | ƒçMonitoring Payable & Receivable review and finalise monthly collection reports. ƒçUpdating day-to-day entries & maintaining petty cash. ƒçSystematic filling of Records and Documents. ƒçResponsible in preparing Cheques & Follow up of debtors overdue. ƒçPreparing Bank Reconciliation Statement through MS Excel. ƒçMaintain Books of Accounts, Such as Debtors, Creditors & PDC entry. ƒçPreparation of daily Sales & Collection Reports. ƒçPreparation of Sales Invoice. ƒçPreparation of Salary & daily time record of workers including over time. ƒçPreparation of monthly Debtors & Creditor¡¦s statement and follow up of the payment. ƒçPreparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet. |
