Job Description:
Note: Initially to be appointed at Islamabad for a period of 6 to 12 Months for training
1. Daily review and Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register (FAR) & related GL Accounts
2. Booking/Calculations of Additions/Deletions/Gains/Losses.
3. Reporting of FAR (Capitalized & CWIP Assets
4. Coding/Tagging of Fixed Assets & Periodic Physical Verifications
5. Accounting of Purchases/CGS/Consumption
6. Tracking of Goods in Transit (GIT)
7. Accounting of Exchange Gains/ (Losses) on Imports
8. Coordination with other departments within and outside Finance and Accounts for Timely Monthly Closing Activities
9. Inter company transfers Reconciliations
10. Preparation of Information for disclosure in Financial Statements
11. Liaison with Internal as well as external Auditors
12. Tax Depreciations Schedules
13. Any other responsibility assigned by management from time to time
