Business Development/Account Executive

Raleigh, North Carolina, USA (Corporate Headquarters)
Overview:
The primary role of the Business Development professional is to sell Global’s suite of financial
applications and Microsoft® Excel-based business automation tools. A combination of telephone, in
person, web-ex and networking events all contribute to the success of this role. This position will also
assist in preparation of marketing materials, trade shows, and other new business development tasks.
Relationship building and advanced hunting skills are key to this important position for our company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in identifying, approaching and closing new accounts
• Track record of success in reaching and exceeding quotas while developing repeat business.
• Proven history of developing and maintaining solid business relationships
• Ability to analyze complex customer requirements, coordinate and deliver detailed product
presentations culminating in the close of new business
• Ability to excel and thrive in a fast-paced and professional environment
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and the Internet to include experience with a Contact Management
System
• 4 year college degree or equivalent

• Knowledge of BPCS, Infinium and JD Edwards accounting software
• Knowledge of accounting and other accounting applications
