| Job Description/ Responsibilities | - Directly supervises, develops, supports and evaluates the Finance activities and functions - Ensures timely and accurate preparation of monthly accounts and financial reports within a disciplined accounting environment - Monitors organizational cash flow - Plans and directs analysis of financial data - Provides assessment of existing and proposed financial plans and policies. Proposes changes to ensure organization achieves financial targets - Provides direction in the preparation of annual organizational budget - Manages the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes for payroll. Oversees the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions to ensure compliance with laws. - Ensures that payments and government reports are disbursed timely and accurately. - Establishes policies and procedures for the payroll function |

Candidate must be professionally qualified Finance - Manager with 7-8 work experience in a manufacturing, industrial environment. - Excellent English communication skills, Arabic- speaking an advantage |
