Job Description/
Responsibilities     To identify areas of potential internal control and areas of improving operational efficiency across all SBUs within the Group. Ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with established procedures and applicable laws. Lead and manage audit programs for the entire group with the help of a support team of internal auditors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities - Key Result Areas (KRAs)

„« Preparation and implementation of Risk focused audit plans for all business units across the Group

„« Review of business risks / potential investments
„« Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
„« Will be responsible for scoping financial and operational reviews, delivering the audit and reporting the findings and recommendations to management.
„« Producing summarized reports for the audit committee
„« Following up previous findings to monitor improvements
„« Manage and lead the entire audit assignment process, including detailed Planning of Audit Assignments, Audit Testing, and Reporting in accordance with Internal Audit Methodology
„« Prepare and administer Department¡¦s Budget
