My client is one of the World's Top 10 Project & Construction Management groups. They currently have US$12Bn worth of projects either currently under construction or due to commence in the Middle East with 10+ years worth of work currently in hand.
Covering all aspects of commercial construction their current project list includes retail, residential, hotel & resort, office, government, hospital, sporting, airport, mixed-use and civil infrastructure works in addition to covering almost every single sector relevant to the construction industry in one way or another. Put simply, they are playing a major part in establishing the Middle East as a 21st Century phenomenon.
We are currently seeking a Senior Asset & Financial Manager to work as part of the executive Project Management team in delivering major US$1Bn+ developments in Abu Dhabi.
As Asset & Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in working closely with the General Manager providing commercial support and critical financial analysis for the group's construction portfolio. You will oversee the finance and administration function and combine hands on involvement in all finance processes with participation in strategic initiatives and decision making.
You must be CA/CPA qualified with sound technical accounting and financial management experience gained in an operationally focused commercial finance role, preferably in the construction and/or property sector. Strong commercial acumen and financial modeling skills combined with a hands-on approach and proactive attitude will add to your application.
