Job Description:
As a Manager Business Development, you will be required to purchase/sell Bandwidth from/to major telecom companies worldwide. This is the equivalent of stocks/bond/currency trading in the Telecom arena. Job Description:
Breezecom is looking for a dynamic individual who can lead all the finance/accounting functions at the company. The candidate should have hands-on experience with all the tasks involved and should be able to build and guide a team of qualified professionals. Day to day finance/accounting services which includes maintenance of accounting books and records which includes, recording of all accounting transactions through various vouchers, maintaining up-to-date general ledger, account payables, account receivables, fixed asset register, etc. In addition, monthly financial statements and other management reports related finance will be maintained. Following is a list of items that will fall under the domain of this position:
» Maintain company's P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet statements
» Compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records
» Enter debits/credits, resolve billing/payment discrepancies
» Compile information and prepare spreadsheets to assist auditors in internal and external statement preparations
» Daily Cash Flow report
» Daily Payable and Receivable report
» Customer/ Vendor business transaction analysis report for profitability
» Invoicing on weekly basis
» Processing of monthly Payroll
» Processing of Payments to vendors
» Maintenance of Petty Cash
» Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register
» Bank Reconciliations
» Maintenance of Accounts Payable / Receivable
» Preparation of Tax Challan and Deposit in Government Treasury for Withholding Tax deducted from employees salary, vendors etc.
» Preparation of monthly tax statement for withholding tax on salary and vendors.
