The ideal candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:- POSITION / JOB TITLE Executive AGE LIMIT Upto 40 years ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION MBA (Banking/Finance) or equivalent from any HEC recognized Institute/ University EXPERIENCE Minimum 7 years experience in the relevant area. Having computer knowledge with ability to handle MIS of the Wing and well conversant with latest monitoring software. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB PROFILE) * Responsible to handle the effective monitoring of Credit portfolio of the Bank under the supervision of Wing Head, Credit Monitoring. * Must be Capable to manage Wing's affairs, Monitoring of activities independently and in professional & effective manners. POSITION / JOB TITLE Officers AGE LIMIT Upto 35 years ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION MBA or Masters Degree/ MCS/ Diploma in IT from any HEC recognized Institute/ University EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant area must be computer literate, capable to analyze the data independently for monitoring purposes. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB PROFILE) * Responsible to supervise the monitoring of the credit portfolio of the Bank. * To work under the supervision of team leader for achieving the desired goals of the monitoring wing. * To handle the MIS of the Wing and independently develop necessary monitoring software / tools for the Wing as and when needed. As per policy all hiring in the organization is done on contractual basis initially for three years renewable with mutual consent. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package according to market, commensurate with their qualification /experience and all fringe benefits including Medical facility, House Loan and Car Finance etc. Placement of the selected candidate will be made at Head Office Karachi.
