CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & COMPANY SECRETARY (BASED IN KARACHI) Reporting to the CEO, the position is responsible for the entire management and operations of the Finance & Corporate Affairs Department of the Management Company & operational transactions of the Funds. Managing a team of professionals this role largely entails: * Financial planning and statutory as well as internal and external reporting, responsible for maintaining a robust management information system. * Budget, forecasting and analysis. * Managing day-to-day NAV calculations & announcements * Liaising with external / internal auditors, legal advisors, tax consultants, order rating agency and trustee. * Compliance with Company’s Corporate Secretarial regulations and practices. HEAD OF RETAIL SALES (BASED IN KARACHI) Reporting to the CEO, this position will provide leadership to the country-wide retail sales setup and would be responsible for the planning and implementation of retail sales strategy through managing a network of investment Centers, direct sales force and other distributions channels. Responsible for the performance and management of a large and growing retail sales team, this role entails: * Developing and implementing retail sales strategy including but not limited to preparing budgets, sales forecasts, expansion plans, incentive packages etc. * Meeting aggressive sales targets. * Expanding distribution network * Building a customer centric approach within the team * Developing leaders within the retail sales hierarchy by providing guidance and coaching to team members.
