Job Description/
Responsibilities     A multinational Security company based in Bahrain is looking for candidate to work as Divisional Head for their cash services department. Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of significant cash services experience, Good knowledge of cash services operation & procedures, strong commercial awareness , positive understanding to gross margin, costing and budgeting , ability to drive sales teams and meet targets, Project management experience , Job responsibilities includes to ensure delivery of cash services to the clients as per their expectations and in accordance with contractual obligations, thus contributing to the growth of the Company. Develop new business opportunities. Hold regular operational meetings and oversee the streamlining of operational activities, make sure projects are handled as per company policy. Oversee recruitment selection and performance management of direct reports. To manage the finance control expenses, collection for the division, approval of bills.
