SBP has made substantial progress in its journey to renew, build and strengthen its institutional capacity. Finance Department of Corporate Services Cluster is responsible for maintenance of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements of the Bank, management of Federal, Provincial and District Government Accounts, policy & operations related coordination with MoF, FBR, AGPR etc., maintenance of foreign currency accounts / investment of execution of international payments and receipts, maintenance of accounts related to foreign donor agencies, currency issuance and its overall management etc. For this purpose the services of Finance Officers on regular basis is required to further strengthen the team. FINANCE OFFICERS (OG-2) JOB SUMMARY The job requires special skills of handling a variety of challenging, complex and career accelerating takes, being performed in the Finance Department of the Bank. JOB QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: 1st class Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, information Technology, Economics or equivalent from a reputed university. EXPERIENCE: At least 02 years relevant experience in a well reputed organization and having strong computer skills (MS-Office or Oracle Financial or Globus Banking System) will be preferred. AGE: Maximum 28 years on the last date of submission of applications (relax able in case of Candidate with more experience) COMPETENCIES * Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and team playing skills. * Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated leadership ability. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, shared services environment. * Ability to work under pressure & influence others to ensure assignments are delivered within target. * Advanced MS Office and Presentation skills. COMPENSATION PACKAGE * Negotiable monthly monetized salary in the salary scale of OG-2 (Rs. 28, 000 to Rs. 90, 000) in communication with the experience and qualification of the candidate. * Free medical facility for self and dependent family members as per Bank’s rules. * Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Fare Assistance, Staff Loans other facilities as per Bank’s Rules.
