QUALIFICATION M.Com/
M.A Economics/ MBA/ MPAor related degrees. Extra weightage will be

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years
banking experience with specialization in Corporate/ SME and Consumer
Financing, evaluation and processing of Credit proposals, marketing of
credit products and Risk Management.
AGE LIMITS: 35 to 45 years
SKILLS: • Should be a team builder and able to lead from the front • Excellent communication and report writing skills • Expert in analysis of financial statements and projections • Intelligent, target oriented, aggressive in marketing, having potential to make critical decisions • Well conversant with sector wise market needs and changing trends • Thorough knowledge of SBP prudential regulations and local laws • Well conversant with security/ charge documentation and related legal aspects • Commitment to the institution and ability to meet deadlines • Credit Risk Management expertise with strategies implementation, well experienced and conversant with tools for devising it

HEAD OF MICRO CREDIT DIVISION
Place of posting Head Office, Karachi
QUALIFICATION: The candidate should be MBA, major in Finance or Economics. Added weightage will be given to Foreign Qualified applicants
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years related experience in a Senior Management position in Financial Institution.
AGE LIMIT: 35 to 40 years
SKILLS:
The
candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have strong
team management skills and also proficiency in written and spoken
English, strong team management skills, and also having hands-on
experience of computer packages/ software
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare, coordinate and implement work plans and schedule for Micro Credit programs and liase with branches /regions. • Advance targets and their recovery identifications. • Coordinate and supervise scrutiny and selection of potential borrowers • Arrange advisory and counseling services for borrowers • Monitor portfolio and manage recovery, submit progress reports or program to the higher management • Submit periodic returns to SBP management. • Coordinate with local / international agencies / NGOs
MANAGER FINANCE & PLANNING / DEPUTY CHIEF
LOCATION: Head Office, Karachi
REPORTING TO: Head of Finance & Planning
QUALIFICATION: CA/ ICMA/ACCA/ MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution.
EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years related experience with a commercial Bank or a financial institution.
AGE LIMIT: Up to 35 years
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintenance of proper books of accounts • Timely submission of correct periodical Returns to the State Bank/ other regulatory bodies • Preparation of Annual/ Periodic Budgets/ Projections of the Bank • Proper vouchering and booking of expenses in proper head of accounts • Monitoring and control of expenses incurred by Branches/ Regional Offices/ Divisions to improve profitability • Balancing and reconciliation of HO Pak/ SBP Central Accounts

TAX CONSULTANT
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Reporting: Head of Finance & Planning
Qualification: Graduate alongwith CA/ ICMA part qualified
Experience: 4-5 years taxation related experience in a commercial Bank/ financial institution
Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Responsibilities: • Timely submission of Quarterly and Annual Tax Statement • Coordination with Income Tax Authority and Tax Consultants • Maintenance of books of accounts as per Tax policies/ regulatory requirements • Maintenance of up to date schedule of assets for quarterly/ annual working of tax depreciation • Deduction of withholding tax, deposited within prescribed time • Guidance to Branches/ H.O Divisions on tax rules/ regulations/ reporting requirement • Maintenance of staff tax workings/ issuance of employer certificates • Deductions of tax from payroll as per Law
