Functions:
- Deliver high level end user focused training to different sector agents.
- Act as the competent partner of key stakeholders.
- Analyze and train client’s use of the services and propose best practices.
- Pro-actively design, implement and run market campaigns.
- Lead appropriate sales and product migration campaigns.
- Consolidate customer feedback regarding product enhancements.

Skills Required:
Requirements:
- Degree/equivalent international qualification.
- Fluent in English (Arabic will be a plus).
- Extensive experience, 5 years, in Fixed Income markets, preferably ISMA certified or CFA working.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with trading floor technology; including data applications.
