DEWAN
MUSHTAQ GROUP - One of the largest industrial and trading groups of
Pakistan, having diverse interests in major industrial sectors like
Automotive, Cement, Sugar, Textile, Fibre and Trading etc. are seeking
qualified and experienced professionals for Treasury Departments of
Group and Operations (Automotive, Cement, Sugar) which carry out
following functions: * Search for potential source for credit financing facilities * Availability of securities to be offered * Negotiations with financial institutions & banks for tenure, mark up, security * Receipt of Offer Letter, its analysis and acceptance * Completion of documentation including security arrangements * Follow up to ensure completion of requirement of financial institutions & banks such as providing timely financial information, stock reports, payment of installments and mark up, etc. * Maintaining close relationship with financial institutions & banks * Liaison with lawyers for documentation & other matters * In addition to above, treasury departments will be engaged in various special assignment for debt swap, issuance of equity instruments, acquisitions, project financing, refinancing etc. GENERAL MANAGER TREASURY (1 POSITION) FCA/ MBA (Finance), having minimum 10 years related experience with 5 years in a senior leadership role. PROFILE: Should be a pro-active leader, dynamic and result oriented with proven track record. Must possess pleasing personality with negotiation skills and ability to work in a very challenging environment. SR. MANAGER / MANAGER TREASURY (3 POSITIONS) ACA / MBA (Finance), having 6-8 years related experience with 3-4 years in similar position PROFILE: Should have strong / excellent management, negotiations, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. ASSISTANT MANAGER TREASURY (6 POSITIONS) ACA / MBA (Finance), having 2 years related experience in similar position PROFILE: Be a self starter and able to handle treasury matters with minimum supervision and possess good analytical skills.
