HEAD OF RESEARCH Responsibilities would include supervising a team of analysts in conducting fundamental / technical analysis and assisting the senior management in formulating the overall investment strategy of the company. Job also requires making presentation to prospective investors, playing an active role in development of marketing materials and representing at Board level in some of the investee companies. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate high level of financial modeling and advance writing skills. Besides this the incumbent would also be responsible for the supervision of Research Department Database. The ideal candidate should have a Master's Degree in Business Administration with major in Finance or Investment from a good business school recognized by HEC. The candidate with CFA qualification will be preferred. Practical exposure should include at least 5 years of Equity Research or Asset Management with an in depth understanding of capital market in Pakistan. SENIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST Senior Investment Analyst should have a Master's Degree in Business Administration with major in Finance or Investment from a good business school recognized by HEC. The candidate with CFA qualification will be preferred. Responsibilities would include carrying out fundamental and technical analysis on assigned sectors. The incumbent should have advance writing and financial modeling skills. At least 2-3 years of equity research experience preferably gained in an Asset Management Company, Investment Bank or Brokerage House. INVESTMENT ANALYST Investment Analyst should have a Master's Degree in Business Administration with major in Finance or Investment from a good business School recognized by HEC. Responsibilities would include carrying out fundamental and technical analysis on assigned sectors. The incumbent should have writing and financial modeling skills. At least 1-2 years of equity research experience preferably gained in an Asset Management Company, Investment Bank or Brokerage House. INVESTMENT ANALYST (WITH MIS SKILLS) The ideal candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Commerce from a good business school recognized by HEC. The candidate should have an advance MIS and database management skills with at least 1 Year equity research experience preferably gained in an Asset Management Company, Investment Banking or Brokerage House. INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER Suitable candidate would essentially be responsible for planning and conducting IT Audit The activities include determining effectiveness of controls, preparation of risk based assessment and audit approach, tests of system reliability, EDP installation reviews, systems security and adequacy of break-up systems, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, documentation quality and oversight of system development. Candidate must be CA intermediate with 3-5 years relevant experience after completion of Articles. IT OFFICER The ideal candidate should have Master's Degree in Computer Science from a good business institute recognized by HEC/University. The candidate should have an updated and wide knowledge of computer software (SQL, Server 2000 Database, VB, Power Point, Crystal Reports etc) as well as its development and life cycle & also capable of maintaining website. Preferably be MCSE & CCNA preparation. At least 1 year experience of Hardware skills. Successful candidate will be offered competitive remuneration package and will be employed on contract basis.
