Required  Head of Strategy (Qatar)

Ltd. is a 360degree Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking Head of Strategy for one of our clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.Skill sets required

* At least 10 years of relevant experience; 5 of which are in the banking/finance industry and 5 are focused on developing and managing strategy
* Experience participating in the development of performance metrics (framework) to measure the execution of a developed strategy (e.g. balance score card)
* Excellent professional, leadership, communication, organizational, listening and presentation skills
* A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is dynamic, proactive and results-driven.
* Bachelor or Masters Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related field
* Bilingual in Arabic and English a plus.
* Highly proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Terms and conditions: Joining time frame:   2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)The selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading banks in Qatar.
