JOB OPPORTUNITIES AT TAMEER Tameer is one of the leading Microfmance banks in Pakistan. It is dedicated to grass root level financial access, working in close partnership with OPIC, IFC, World Bank (CGAP), OSI, Shore bank & other international entities. It is looking to expand rapidly in 2008. We are looking for highly motivated, career oriented people who can take up this challenge. The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with the experience and qualification. HEAD OF FINANCIAL CONTROL: PROFILE: Diversified accounts experience, focusing on core accounting function, financial management & reporting. Ability to work in an automated large volume accounting environment. Reporting to the CFO, with complete autonomy for ultimately running all aspects of the finance function. Familiarity with Banking regulation and/ or experience in a similar capacity with a large firm will be a plus. QUALIFICATIONS: Chartered accountant or membership of a similar recognized body. Minimum experience of 5 years (post qualification). DEPUTY HEAD OF HR: PROFILE: An HR professional with diversified experience in large organizations. Responsible for HR policy management, creative HR acquisition, training and retention strategies. Defining standards for large field teams, reviewing and revising compensations structures, formulating incentive and motivational plans. The position will have complete autonomy in its area of operations and will work closely with the HR head. Excellent career growth opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant qualifications from an HEC-recognized University. Minimum experience of 5 years in large organization in a similar capacity. PRODUCT MANAGERS: PROFILE: Business Management professionals with experience in structuring, launching, managing mass market banking products. The position will have final bottom line responsibility of a product and will manage this in conjunction with all other departments to ensure consistent delivery and quality.
