Roshan Packages has immediate opening for; SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER BASED IN LAHORE You will be responsible for the sales development of full range of corrugated box products through strategic key accounts to bring the business to the next level of growth. You should be able to identify territory-specific business opportunities and issues, and develop and lead the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to accelerate market penetration and improve the profitability. REQUIREMENTS: * Recognized university degree preferably in business administration or marketing with computer proficiency. * 5-8 Years experience in product management including 3 years at a senior position in Packaging industry or institutional sales. * Sharp business acumen and strategic channel management skill * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English. * Regressive, Self-motivated, result oriented and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. ; HR MANAGER BASED IN LAHORE Required to independently administer and manage the. HR/Personal Department. Candidates should have the ability to plan for, advertise, interview, select, recruit, train, motivate, manage and implement HR policies and Laws. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience of about 10 years in HR including 5 years at a Senior position is essential. * Should be a post graduate HR / MBA / H.RM degree with proficiency in IT.
