MANAGER POLICY & PROCEDURES The Job: The position is responsible for developing branch Banking Operations related Policies, Procedures & Process flows (PPPs). Proficient in mapping process flows into adequate procedures for ease of understanding. Skills to coordinate necessary approval & dissemination to users. Qualities to translate PPPs into training modules for the users' trainings. Performs as a focal point for dispute resolution and addressing problems instantly while implementing PPPs. Will be responsible to conduct periodic reviews/revisions of PPPs to ensure that these are remained current and effective. Posses higher quality standards in terms of English language, clarity of concept and flow of text. Interaction with Internal/External/SBP Inspection teams to review/evaluate/address PPPs related issues. The position is based at Islamabad THE CANDIDATE: The incumbent should have 7-10 years banking experience preferably relative to development of Policies & Procedures with multinational and local commercial banks. Should possess managerial/leadership and master trainer qualities. Knowledge of SBP regulations is a must. Ready to travel extensively at remote locations. Proficient in using MS Office applications. Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Banking or Finance from an HEC recognized university is a pre-requisite. Be around 35 years of age. OPERATIONS MANAGER (BRANCH BANKING) The Job: The position is responsible for supervising Branch front and back-office functions in compliance with Khushhali Bank's Policies, Procedures and Processes as well as SBP regulations. It also includes adherence to high quality client servicing standards. Responsibilities encompass supervision of customer accounts opening and account management requirements in line with SBP guidelines of KYC/due diligence and KB's internal policies/procedures, Cash Management, Remittances, bills, collection/ clearing, branch Administration, record keeping and smooth functioning of IT systems & support. Possess adequate skills to resolve customer disputes as well as responding the customer queries/complaints in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibility also includes review of all transactions to ensure that these are processed under prescribed controlled environment. Should be able to interact and resolve Internal/External audit and SBP observations /comments within defined benchmarks. Possess excellent time management skills in order to undertake the assigned tasks in most efficient and effective manner. Should be cost conscious; ensuring contribution towards Branch's profitability. THE CANDIDATE: Should have 3-5 years branch banking experience as front/back-office supervisor/team-leader with excellent track record, preferably with multinational, private local commercial and /or nationalized banks. The incumbent must have worked in a technology driven environment and should be able to adapt to a highly automated environment. Hands-on experience/knowledge of banking regulations and practices, MS Office applications and excellent communication skills are pre-requisite. Should be flexible to travel and receptive if deployed -anywhere atross the country. Business graduates with good academic record may apply. LOCATIONS: Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Khyber Agency, Quetta, Pishin, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Lahore and Multan CLIENT SERVICING OFFICERS THE JOB: The position is responsible for interacting with clients by offering bank products and services. The core responsibilities include opening of customers accounts, conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD), verifying documentation, handling customer queries, resolving disputes/complaints, maintaining relevant records and stationery stocks, etc. Should be able to help customers in their daily banking requirements of clearing/collection, remittance processes and cheque book issuance etc. Must be skillful and vigilant to extract accurate information from customers while conducting KYC & CDD. Knowledge of SBP prudential regulation will be an added advantage. Should possess time management skills for efficient and effective services to the bank's clients. Ready to assist other departments on need basis. Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills. Hold no bars against travel and relocation. Adaptability to highly automated environments. Hands-on experience/knowledge of MS Office applications is pre-requisite. THE CANDIDATE: Should have at least 1-2 years of branch banking experience preferably in a multinational or local bank. Business graduates with good academic record may apply. Preference will be given to post-graduates in Business Administration / Banking / Finance from an HEC recognized university. Be around 25 years of age. LOCATIONS: Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Khyber Agency, Quetta, Pishin, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Lahore and Multan TELLER THE JOB: Responsible for managing hard core cash transactions at branch level including cash deposit, withdrawal and recoveries from field staff and borrowers. Ensure vigilance over cash collection to eliminate risk of forged/fake currency notes and safe keeping of cash and cash equivalents/valuables with in insurance limits. Daily banking of collections and preparation of related accounting documents for financial data base. Ensure branch financial data integrity, accuracy, completeness and its timely submission to processing Hub for accounts compilation. THE CANDIDATE: The incumbent should have at least 1-2 years of experience in financial environment, Exposure of banking environment will be an added advantage. Business graduates with good academic record may apply. Preference will be given to post-graduates in Business Administration / Banking / Finance from an HEC recognized university. Be around 30 years of age. High level of proficiency in MS Office, hands on experience on pre-packaged accounting applications and local languages will be considered as an added advantage.
