| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Monitor E channels registration and usage on daily basis and send the reports to management. Monitor and follow up with the concerned agents performance on daily basis to achieve the target for E channels . Prepare business plan for E channels registration and usage for management approval. Arrange E channels presentation to Branches , concerned agents to update the information to achieve better customer service. Follow up with branches to achieve E channel registration and usage targets. Visit the branches to give onsite information of E channels. Follow up with branches to coordinate the E channel customers. |
