THE POSITION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Set up Wealth Management practice including, business plan, processes & systems as well as sourcing skills.
* Achieve the targeted market share as per the approved business plan.
* Manage, develop & nurture key High Net-Worth relationships.
* Contribute to investment product development strategies & identify alternate business opportunities.
THE PROFILE:
The
candidate must be an MBA or CA and CFA with a successful track record
of 15 years+ as a Client Relationship Manager / Private Banker; have
strong business acquisition, client retention and asset allocation
skills and display a high level of professionalism & integrity.
INVESTMENT BANKING TRANSACTORS
THE POSITION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To originate and execute various Investment Banking transactions,
including IPO, Equity Underwriting, Private Placement and M&A
transactions
* Support business development and contribute towards achievement of targeted market share as per the approved business plan
THE PROFILE:
The
candidate must be an MBA or CA and CFA with a successful track record
of 5 years+ in a Corporate Finance discipline with leading
international or regional financial institutions and have strong
quantitative skills including EXCEL-based financial modeling, corporate
valuations and documentation
EQUITY RESEARCH ANALYST
THE POSITION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To support various needs of the Investment & Treasury Division
(rated as one of the best in Saudi Arabia) by conducting in-depth
fundamental and technical analysis of capital and/or money market
instruments for investment purposes.
* Conduct industry and company research for internal use.
THE PROFILE:
The
candidate must be an MBA or CA and CFA with a successful track record
of around 5 years* experience with reputed finance companies, financial
institutions and banks. Candidates should have knowledge, of investment
valuation, techniques, operations and workings of capital markets.
STRUCTURED FINANCE OFFICERS
THE POSITION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To structure and manage Islamic banking products such as Musharaka,
Mudaraba, Istisna, Ijara and Islamic Sukuk as well as conventional
Securitization transactions.
* Develop business and achieve the targeted market share as per the approved business plan.
THE PROFILE:
The
candidate must be an MBA or CA and CFA with a successful track record
of 5 years+ in a Corporate Finance discipline with leading
international or regional financial institutions and have proven skills
in financial modeling, drafting and overall transaction execution
skills.
