SELECTION WILL BE PURELY ON MERIT; ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY: * MBA in Banking, Finance or Management from a university approved by HEC. PhD degree in relevant discipline will be preferred. * 10 to 15 years experience in banking, finance, management, training and research OR teaching at university level with publications in reputed journals * First hand experience of developing training manuals, handbooks, and technical papers would be an added prerequisite. * Candidate must be below 45 years. TO QUALIFY YOU MUST POSSESS: * Excellent communication skills * Flair for training and research * Proficiency in MS Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Should independently be able to carry out training and research according to the specific needs of the Bank. * Will be expected to design, develop and organize the delivery of training programs and prepare training manuals and hand books. * Will be required to keep constant track of the emerging trends and changing requirements of the financial sector. LOCATION: Positions at offer are for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar. Competitive salary coupled with excellent fringe benefits will be given to right candidates. This is a contractual appointment for three years but renewable with mutual consent.
