Ltd. is a 360degree Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking Risk Management for one of our clients which is a leading Bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.

Skills set required:

*         Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related field.

*         Minimum 5-7 years banking/finance experience with extensive background in credit and operational risk, most recently in a management capacity.

*         Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Arabic and English

* Responsibilities :

1.       Conduction of monthly risk review process, risk control assessment, development of risk manuals and incident management and resolution. 2.       Work closely with key stakeholders and business managers to directly impact organizational strategy.

3.       Assessing credit risks related to credit proposals.

4.       Monitor and review credit portfolio MIS reports.

5.       Follow-up, coordinate and guide Relationship Managers in their management of credit portfolios.

6.       Undertake in periodic, post-fact credit risk reviews to identify and monitor problematic accounts through early warning signals and alert management.

7.       Manage pre-fact risk review of credit proposals for sanction/renewal/restructuring in order to mitigate risks and to provide an independent risk assessment opinion. 

Terms and conditions: Joining time frame:   2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)The selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading banks in Qatar.
