JOB REQUIREMENTS : Senior Manager-Finance
LOCATION : Chennai
* Monthly Finalization of Accounts & Consolidation of Group Accounts as per Indian Companies Act,
* Preparation of Financial Statements as per IFRS
* Audit of Financial Statements for the Group
* Issuing guidelines on accounting procedures & documentation of accounting processes
* Satisfying Regulatory requirements through provision of financial information from time to time
* Coordinating Audits for the group and coordinating resolution of audit observations within the group and the auditors
Key Skills:-
* 10+ Years of CA post qualification experience
* Finalization of accounts & dealing with auditors (Big 4) at the Head office level
* Work experience at a supervisory role for at least 2 years
* Knowledge of IFRS or USGAAP (Desirable)
* Working Knowledge of SAP
* Good communication & presentation skills
