Candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in target market.

Establish plans and strategies to expand the customers and sales of software products in the target market. Financial

* Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability.

* Provide timely accurate competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval while motivated to maintain maximum profit margin.

* Maintain precise records of all pricing, sales and activity reports.

** Customer:-

* Create and conduct proposal presentations for clients.

* Maintain contact with all clients in the marketplace to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

* Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

** Internal Process:-

* Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

* Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

* Follow to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

* Ensure that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes

* Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.

* Minimum Qualifications:- MBA with IT experience of minimum of 5year.

* Minimum of 5-10 years software sales experience in reputable Software House.

* 5+ years’ experience in a Business Development Management role

* Experience within an IT background.

* Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Software based company.

* Experience in IT.

* Strong Familiarity of software industry and products.
