* Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sales.

* Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

* Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

* Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

* Participates and contributes to the development of marketing programs offered.

* Identify and resolve client complaints.

* Coordinate with the company staff to accomplish the tasks required to close the sales.

* Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.

* At least a Graduate or Masters degree in Marketing from a recognized university will be preferred.

* Minimum Sales experience of Four to Five (4-5) years specially in Schools/ Big departmental stores etc.

* Fluency in English and excellent communication skills and the ability to satisfy the clients.

* The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

* Willingness to travel and work as a team of professionals.

* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

* Proven ability to achieve Sales targets.

* Negotiable salary depending upon the qualification and experience.
