Required experienced focused and determined OffshoreTelesales professionals for the Outbound campaigns for US and UK.
This role involves the applicant qualification or Surveying for the Lead generation process of our client needs within the Telesales division.
You will work with a new client database and contact the direct names/contacts that will be provided.
Responsibilities: -
* Tele Cold Calling to the unknown prospects or Call to the Hot Leads.
* Work with sales Manager/Team Leader to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis.
* Liable for providing the market information to their respective clients and work towards the business targets
Attractive Basic salary package + Incentives is offered with many daily, weekly & monthly bonuses to the Outbound experienced candidates.
Conveyance facility will be provided to females Candidates only.
Shift Timings :-
* For UK Campaign : 1:30 pm - 11:00 pm
* For US Campaign 1: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am
* For US Campaign2 : 12:00 am - 8:00 am

* The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will have proved themselves to be an excellent communicator who can identify a customer’s needs, delivering a high level of customer service whilst maximizing the sales opportunity.
* You should have at least 6 months Telesales experience, along with the ability to build relationships with clients, as well as be familiar with the similar short sales cycle in a fast paced sales environment.
* You must also be experienced in qualifying, pitching, overcoming objections and most importantly closing.
