Introduction:

ASK Development, in collaboration with some well reputed Development sector organizations is initiating a Four (4) month Youth training and apprenticeship project. The purpose is to find and equip the youth along with career counseling, from FATA and Frontier regions of NWFP (Under Developed Regions) and assist them in getting Apprenticeship and Internship. Background: To provide support to Finance and Admin Manger for effective financial and admin matters of the project.

Job Responsibilities: -

Maintain books of accounts. - Maintaining Voucher and ledger entries. - Liaison with Bank and vendors/service providers. - Invoice and other finical formats preparation and maintenance. - Provide administrative support to the project team. - Ensure best utilization of the project assets and equipments. - Liaison and provide support to the team members on day to day financial and administrative matters - Help Admin and Finance Manager in implementation of the policies and procedures for smooth running of the project.

Qualifications and Experience:

The potential candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in management or social sciences with 2-3 years of work experience in development and private sector with demonstrated experience in hiring and recruitment. Skills and knowledge: The candidate must possess communication, presentation and recruitment skills. Understanding of the industries in NWFP is essential. Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
