HEAD OF HR & SERVICES Asia Petroleum Limited (APL), a leading energy company with international equity partnership is looking for a high caliber HR Professional with demonstrated capacity and competence to head its HR and Services Department encompassing the HR, Administration and Supply Chain management functions. The incumbent will be part of a strategic team involved in driving the organization's growth and adding value to the business through resource optimization and organizational development initiatives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Effective execution of all HR functions. * Alignment of HR strategies to facilitate fulfillment of business plans and achievement of organizational goals. * Management of career development framework through succession planning and leadership development. * Professional development of HR functions through implementation of best practices. * Be a driving force for community welfare initiatives and media relations. * Development and supervision of an effective supply chain management system. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: * The selected candidate should be an MBA in HR / Administration or a Masters in Social / Management Sciences. Basic engineering degree will be a definite plus. * 10-year experience, preferably 5 years as Manager HR & Administration in an industrial concern. * Should have sound knowledge of Job Analysis & Evaluation, Competency Frameworks and Training Needs Analysis. * Have demonstrated effective control over support functions of Administration and Supply Chain. * Should have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Analytical and counseling/ coaching skills are necessary. * Should possess high computer literacy for utilization in HR system / process data / record administration and tracking of costs / schedules for the supply chain function.
