Sales Manager

Main Tasks

1.       Business development and customer management

1)       Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets by calling and visiting the customers, to understand and identify their needs to create a long-term customer-supplier relationship.

2)       Carry out survey of market for Dairy & Juice, Feed & Poultry and Detergent in the local market.

3)       Research, identify and develop existing/potential customers forDiary & Juice, Feed & Poultry and Detergent, report any sales opportunities to General Manager.

4)       Report weekly on sales activities/performance and market/competitor developments.

5)       Further and Report secure business opportunities by identifying customer needs in terms of product, application, services requirements, delivery schedules and pricing structure for specialized products within the appropriate business segment, including necessary information provided to other functions, e.g. Marketing, Credit Control, Supply chain, Customer services. 

2.       Contract and payment receivable management

1)       Conclude and Push the whole process execution of sales contracts.

2)       Provide customer credit information to General Manager, ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals. 

3.       Support for sales forecasting and planning

1)       Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, technical development, market activities and industry intelligence to help define the marketability of products and report to General Manager identified trends that could affect targets.

2)       Collect customer data/ information/ feedback/ expectations prepare for presentation/ seminars/ workshops to promote the products and services

3)       Monitor, assess and communicate monthly sales data to General Manager.
 

1.       Bachelor in Chemistry, Polymer Science is a plus.

2.       More 5 years working experiences in chemistry industry

3.       Familiar with Polymer, Dairy & Juice, Poultry, Detergent or Paint & Water Proofing

4.       Self-motivated, good communication skill and team spirit

5.       Can work under pressure and frequent business travel

6.       Good command of English in speaking/writing
