YOUR PROFILE: * Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the field of Construction and Fabrication * Teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, organizing and quality orientation SENIOR EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintenance of legal case files and other legal matters * Liaison and coordination with lawyers YOUR PROFILE: * MPA / Law degree with minimum 2 years working experience in related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, organizing and quality orientation EXECUTIVE SECRETARY YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide secretarial support to the Business Manager * Handling routine correspondences, telephone calls, emails YOUR PROFILE: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum 2-3 years experience in secretarial position * Teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills RECEPTIONIST YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receiving, screening and distributing incoming telephone enquiries * Customer and client liaison * Administration duties * Typing of general documents, correspondence and inputting of data * Mail, couriers and distribution of faxes * Supervision of in-house staff YOUR PROFILE: * Graduate with minimum 3 years working experience in a similar position * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as other Microsoft Office programs * Excellent communication skills and friendly telephone manner INCHARGE HOUSE KEEPING YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervision of preventive and breakdown maintenance * Implement a system to ensure complaints / jobs completion in minimum time * Preparation of statistical data for record and information YOUR PROFILE: The successful incumbent should have a Bachelor's degree, with 2 to 3 years relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills. STORE INCHARGE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent will be responsible to develop and maintain inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. He / she will also be required to maintain and ensure proper handling and record of Shared Services department's fixed assets. He / she shall also be responsible for preparing MIS reports about inventory management. YOUR PROFILE: * Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Business Administration) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Spiridon and any Inventory Management Software * Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the field of Inventory Control and Store Management * Teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, organizing and quality orientation INTERESTED?
