Job Description:
- Reports and accountable to the Facilities Manager
- Implement and deliver a schedule of maintenance for all ADPK facilities.
- Carry out control checks of all domestic and security staff employed in ADPK facilities.
- Ensure contracts with all vehicle hire companies are adhered to and maximised to benefit ADPK
- Investigate local market for cost control of vehicle/driver hire
- Localised marketing duties when needed
- And any other job that may be assigned from time to time by the management and to work extended hours if required
Skills Required
- Ability to think through problems with a view of taking well informed decisions within parameters set by senior management.
- Ability to initiate and implement strategies geared towards providing solutions to daunting challenges.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to handle relationships in the best interest of the company.
