Job Description:

  • Reports and accountable to the Facilities Manager
  • Implement and deliver a schedule of maintenance for all ADPK facilities.
  • Carry out control checks of all domestic and security staff employed in ADPK facilities.
  • Ensure contracts with all vehicle hire companies are adhered to and maximised to benefit ADPK
  • Investigate local market for cost control of vehicle/driver hire
  • Localised marketing duties when needed
  • And any other job that may be assigned from time to time by the management and to work extended hours if required
Skills Required
  • Ability to think through problems with a view of taking well informed decisions within parameters set by senior management.
  • Ability to initiate and implement strategies geared towards providing solutions to daunting challenges.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle relationships in the best interest of the company.
