* Handle front office activities � receive calls on PABX (low volume), connect outbound calls , greet visitors * Handle admin related activities - coordinating with help staff (messengers, office assistant and sweepers) and ensure work is being performed * Order office supplies and interface with vendors * Know how to use computer - can work on MS-word & Excel * Other miscellaneous office work
Skills Required:
Must have a pleasant personality Must be well organized and punctual Working experience in a similar capacity of at least two years Must have his own motor bike
