Admin Officer would be responsible for overall all administrative affairs of the factory (factory situated at Hub, FMCG industry background preferred, however at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing unit is a basic requirement) with the following:

1. Carries out all work required in connection with enforcement of admin and HR policies.
2. Maintains attendance, leave records, time records of staff and ensures that office discipline is maintained.
3. Undertakes all the work related to office furniture, fixtures, equipment, computers, and vehicles.
4. Checks misuse of office facilities by staff and reports to his senior.
5. Co-ordinates with government departments / corporate bodies in connection with provision of utility/office services.
6. Supervises timekeepers, telephone operator, riders, drivers, peons,  sweeper etc. and ensures efficiency on their part.
