* Responsible for the product coordination, development and defining the overall vision and strategy of the related products. * To oversee the support departments for all internal and external resources needed during each stage of product development. * To form, schedule and lead project teams, focusing on product development * To participate in business correspondence with foreign Clients * To initiate, monitor, and enforce schedules and costs * To manage tasks with external teams * Maintain solid product knowledge * Recruit, train, develop and communicate with all staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis * Implement and maintain standards * To identify sale objectives and to work with the sales team to achieve them * To identify areas of improvement and put process improvements into place * Monitor market performance and customer feedback in cooperation with Customer Service * Work with project coordinators and outside vendors * To work closely with other departments to ensure that the current projects are organized and the needs & concerns are addressed.
