GENERAL MANAGER

In the next financial year, AMX is planning to roll out its services across the other countries in the Gulf Region. This is an exciting time for an ambitious Professional to join.

KEY OBJECTIVES
1. Meet the Profit and Sates objectives as defined in the approved Budget.

2. Operationalise new banking arrangements in order to offer customers the maximum breath & depth of services.

3. Ensure good house-keeping for all branches on an ongoing basis for complying with the laid down procedures of the Central Bank of Kuwait and the other local regulators.

4. Identify new avenues and areas for aggressive growth of the business.

5. Setup of a centralised call-centre for Customer Service and Tele - Marketing to help improve the customer service for existing customers and get new customers.

6. Manage our vendors and service providers to help improve the services for our customers.

7. Launch customer retention and rewards programs.

The Incumbent shall hold a Post Graduate Degree in Management, preferably in Marketing, from a reputed institute, and shall have atleast 12 years of post qualification experience in Retails Banking, especially m Operations and Marketing.

The position is at Senior Management level, and will entail a generous Basic Salary, a House Rent Reimbursement, a year end Performance Bonus, and a Company provided and maintained car Kuwait has no income Taxes, stable living expenses, and therefore, the savings potential is substanital
