Job Description:
JOB OBJECTIVE:`
To provide the company with an efficient service with regards to labour
and safety,management, security of this establishment and sanitation condition
of non production area and other issues pertaining to labour laws, so
that projected plan is met on time with maximum economy, efficiency
FUNCTIONAL RESPOSIBILITIES:
* To run the department under labour laws smoothly and
* administratively.
* To administer qualities of leadership and management skills
* and be able to ensure the highest degree of performance both qualitative and quantitative.
* To monitor the description, policies and procedures as laid down by the company by all reasonable legal means.
* You must all times maintain and reserve with your staff and workman amicable relationship and promote dignity of work.

GENERAL:
1) Make an arrangement of notice board to be fix in main entrance of worker / staff for display of notices / circulars
2) To attend the court of law on behalf of the management according to need / requirement.
3) Preparation of monthly stationary requisition summary of different departments.
Disbursement of stationary and storage.
