Responsibilities:
- Responsible for looking after the all the countrywide functions of administration.
- Responsible for Repair and Maintenance of Office Buildings.
- Office renovation.
- Making travel arrangements (hotel and tickets arrangements).
- Making arrangements for meetings.
- HR planning for the Administration department.
- Responsible for office security.
- To deal with Govt. companies for legal matters.
- To deal with landlords for rent and rent related matters.
- Work closely with the department heads to resolve day to day admin related issues.
- Responsible for making the annual budget for the department
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
- Leadership Qualities.
- Strong contacts with PTCL, Government and Non-Government Department.
Experience:
Total 10 years experience of administration and 6 years with same capacity . The experience of IT / Telecom related industry will be given preference.
