DEPUTY DIRECTOR (PERS / HR)

National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) based in Islamabad seeks candidates for the post of Deputy Director (Pers/ HR).

2. REQUIREMENTS
* Candidates shall be MBA / MPA qualified form a reputable university recognized by HEC. Those having higher qualification and / or foreign qualification will be given preference.

* A minimum of 12 years of HRM experience in a regulatory body, power utility or a reputed public or private sector organization. Besides having in depth knowledge of various HRM process, the applicant must have adequate skills in use of IT tools related to HRMS.

3. REMUNERATION
NEPRA offers a competitive salary on the NEPRA pay scales besides a generous Contributory Provident fund scheme, medical facility & other benefits. The candidates having higher qualification will be given relaxation in age / experience and merit higher salary.

4. MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT:
45 years
