CAREER OPPORTUNITY Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) is establishing Common Facility Centres (CFCs) to upgrade targeted technologies, produce trained human resources, develop skills, set-up testing & inspection services as well as process / technology related services for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). A Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) is being set up to manage and run the project. We are seeking an individual to lead the PMU as Project are seeking an individual to lead the PMU as PROJECT DIRECTOR The candidate must be able to evaluate technical gaps in SME cluster and prepare technical support gap analysis with experience in supervising execution of projects from designing layouts, hiring contractors, tendering, funding requisitions and coordination with CFC project directors and staff along with preparation & implementation of the project monitoring & reporting mechanism. He should be able to provide an overall administrative control over PMU. The additional experience in setting-up a company, procurement rules and regulations, finance and accounts, administration & training is highly desirable. The person should be Masters / Bachelors in Engineering / Applied Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 5 years experience of project planning and implementation.
