Service Sales Corporation is a leading retail and wholesale Company in Pakistan with annual sales of Rs. 4.2 billion, spreading over 300 retail outlets and 13 wholesale depots. The Company has established some of Pakistan's leading footwear brands including DON CARLOS, CHEETAH, LIZA, CALZA, SKOOZ, TOZ along with distribution agreements with NIKE and URS of Singapore. As part of our vision to become a Rs. 10 billion Company by 2012, we have expanded our business to include SERVAID PHARMACY, SOUL COLLECTIONS, SHOE PLANET and SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS. We are currently seeking highly committed and result oriented team players who should possess good communication and computing skills, a drive to take on challenging roles and ability to work under stress. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (LAHORE) Responsible for high quality, cost effective and speedy renovations of retail stores /offices. This senior position requires the ability to work independently, excellent coordination and planning skills with tenacious management of resources for timely completion of projects. Will be required to travel. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: MBA (Marketing/Finance) or BS Engineering from a reputable institution with 3-5 years of project management experience. BRAND MANAGER (LAHORE) This position will be at the center stage of one of the Company's key brands which will involve planning, development and implementation of strategies/ programs to effectively market this brand. The position would develop extensive liaison with other Marketing functions (Consumer Insights and Communications) as well as with other Company departments (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Operations and Finance) in effectively harnessing resources to build the brand's equity and profitability in the market place. The role would also be expected to develop a passionate team of brand champions to lead the Company's brand building initiative. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: MBA, Marketing with 2-3 years of experience in a multinational brand management environment. Preference will be given to those candidates with a background \n fashion retail industry. MANAGER (KARACHI) Responsible for overall operations management of district including stores management, sales projections, revenue generation, achievement of sales targets, identification of new business locations, competitors' analysis, customer service, productivity improvement and sales force management. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: MBA (Marketing/Finance) from a recognized university with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in retail sales. ASSISTANT DISTRICT MANAGER (KARACHI) Responsible for assisting the District Manager in retail sales operations, forecasting, identification of new business areas, competitors' analysis, customer service, productivity improvement and sales force QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: MBA (Marketing/Finance) from a recognized university with a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in retail sales. CORPORATE SALES ASSOCIATE (Lahore/Karachi) Responsible to introduce Company products to different clients in the Corporate sector and making them our permanent customers. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: MBA (Marketing/Finance) from a recognized university with a minimum of 2 years experience in dealing with corporate clients.
