Core Security Related Responsibilities:-

To lead on the review and development of security awareness and practice in the country programme (including partners) to ensure the security of staff and partners.

Development of clear guidelines in regards to security and safety.

Provide advise and support to managers in the implementation of the guidelines Ensure all staff are inducted in the security guidelines.

Ensure all staff are clear on the security reporting requirements of company on a monthly basis.

Advise and regularly update the Manager on current issues in Pakistan on potential threats, and impact on security.

Provide security advisory to staff on regular basis.

Take lead and ensure developing office security measures.

Develop weekly security reports.

To carry out security assessments in the field areas.

Develop security SOPs for any new programme / field area.

Actively developing relationship with security related formal and informal security stakeholders and obtaining timely information.

To support managers/teams in collecting and disseminating relevant security information thus enabling line management to manage security and safety effectively

To work closely with Human Resource / HOD in a support based context, focused on providing training, resource recommendations and policy & procedural development.

* Must be Retire Major or Col. or equivalent from the armed forces with full management skills which are require to operate in an FMCG company.
