Job Description/
Responsibilities 		We are looking for a Civil Engineer with construction background for our off-site engineering workshop to supervise the activities of construction/fabrication of toilets/bathroom pods with coordinating all resources available to the agreed production requirements, whilst incorporating the best practices, especially quality production, cost effectiveness, safety, healthy and environmental.
 
Candidate Requirement
 
Profile „ÏTo coordinate and develop a multifunction operational department by setting objectives reviewing and monitoring subordinates performances. „ÏWork with in budget guide lines to agreed cost and targets for labour/material costs. „ÏTo manage and maintain update standard operating procedures and work instructions. „ÏTo identify operational bottle necks and ensure an environmental of continuous improvement. „ÏManage and improve safety and housekeeping uses. „ÏManage and administrate day to day activities such as attendance, sickness, holidays „ÏInspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and standards. „ÏDirect construction operations, and maintenance activities at workshop site. „ÏEstimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. „ÏConduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects. „ÏKnowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. „ÏProviding documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used. „ÏKnowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. „ÏAnalyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems Bachelor of Civil Engineer or Diploma in Civil Engineering from college or university; and minimum six to eight years¡¦ construction, concrete or ready-mix industrial related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experiences in similar role for at least five years. Experiences in Construction / Building site management / factory production environment. Decision maker, Able to communicate at all levels, Able to work as part of a team, with computer literate with Microsoft Office software¡¦s (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
