| Job Description/ Responsibilities | • Assist the project team with planning and follow up of PAT (Preliminary Acceptance Test) and related documentations. • Follow up various project related tasks as directed by senior staff involving coordination with vendors and contractors for PATs and any other applicable tests. • Direct the PAT Coordinator on how to coordinate the Civil PAT works. • Supervise the coordination and follow up all documentations for PAT activities as directed by senior staff • Gather comments and feedback from various departments and incorporate into appropriate project documents. • Assist with document control activities for PAT documents as directed by senior staff. • Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to various team members in required format, quantity and quality. • Participate in meetings and discussions as directed by senior team members. • Handle and process incoming requests into the project team and ensure that response are appropriately communicated. • Assist with archiving of (soft and hard copies) of incoming and outgoing PAT documentations for reference and safe keeping. • Supervise the release of required certificates. • Manage the PAT/OIL/Site Inspection/Site Survey/Close Out teams. |

| Profile | • Familiarity with civil works knowledge in parallel with telecom requirements. • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role. • Possess an excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Arabic language would be an advantage. • Computer skills is a must (power point, Excel, Autocad) |
