Job Description:
1)Supervise the work to ensure that technical, quality and safety requirements are met.
2)Check daily labour covering the company and Subcontractor Labour.
3)Co-ordinate labour and subcontractor in order to achieve program requirements.
4)Ensure compliance with the stated requirements of the project for those matters within his control.
5)Liaise with the client's supervision and subcontractors as necessary.
6)Attend daily site meeting to discuss pending matters with the Project Manager Site Engineer.
7)Participate in training and development of his subordinates.
8)Organize with the Project Site Engineer to ensure the availability of plant equipment and labour to his designated work activities.
9)Closely monitor the usage of consumable and materials by his crew in order to minimize wastage.
10)Co-ordinate with Project! Site Engineer with regards to material requisitions.
11)Assess craftsmanship of subordinates under his control.
12)Any other task entrusted by the controlling authority on time to time basis.
Skills Required:
Academic:
Should hold diploma/certificate from a vocational institute or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 Years experience with reputable contracting companies.
- Well conversed in working on forms, concrete, and steel.
