| Job Description/ Responsibilities | ? Must have good Knowledge of all the Formwork Systems available in the Market. ? Has experience in developing special purpose formwork for Pre-casting and in Situ Formwork for Heavy Civil Projects. ? Is experienced in producing the Formwork and Falsework solutions for various Building, Civil and Marine Projects and is able to work out the Construction Methods. ? Is experienced in coordination of the formwork design with Formwork suppliers for various projects. ? Has in depth knowledge of the resource requirements (labour and equipment) for the various systems. ? Is capable of presenting his Falsework and Formwork proposals to Tender Teams, Project Management, Consulting Engineers and Clients. ? Able to instruct a Site Team how to use the particular Formwork and Falsework system. ? Coordinate training programs for Formwork and Falsework systems for Site and Office Engineers |

| Profile | Applicant should be a B.Sc. Engineering degree of a reputable European or North American university and should have a minimum of ten (10) years experience overall and minimum 5 years experience on Projects. |
