| Job Description/ Responsibilities | - Preparing quotations and faxing / emailing them to the respective clients. - Prepare contract agreements and sending them to clients for approval (following up) - Maintaining a respectable filing system (electronically and manually), statement of accounts and collection of funds. - Maintain a professional relationship with all our clients. - Handle the coordination between clients, engineers, drivers, foremen, etc. - Creating a progressive weekly report for the construction department activities. - Handling all sales for walk-in clients and dealers. |
