PROJECT MANAGERS (ISLAMABAD & KARACHI)
We require someone with a civil engineering / construction management or project management background, with 10-12 years of hands-on experience to assume full program, financial and quality control management for development projects consisting of construction of villas & high-rise towers and associated civil & infrastructure works.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dependable and capable of assuming full responsibility for ongoing works at the site. The position requires close liaison and control of quantity surveyors, consultants and contractors.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (ISLAMABAD & KARACHI)
The jobholder will be part of Development Team and will interface with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure that the company obtaining the best value for each investment within agreed budgets, time & quality. Tasks also include preparation of budgets, coordination, feasibility analyses, project & design management.

Internally & externality, the jobholder will undertake successful negotiations with professional developers, real estate agents, within the context of approved Company policies , standard operating procedures and objectives.

The successful incumbent must preferably hold a degree in Architecture from a recognized university and / or professional qualification in a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management and development in a similar environment i.e. Property development / Consultancy (architecture & engineering) / Construction. Must possess strong computer skills, creative and analytical skills.
