| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Manage Estimation and procurement functions overall and projects tasks related to the sourcing and logistics. Liaise with sales account manager on new projects estimation. Liaise with production manager on orders planning. Liaise with design manager on orders technical issues. Liaise with project manager on projects? budgets. Liaise with accounts manager on accounts payable. Liaise with finance and accounts department on stock accounts, stock takes and other stock related issues. Policies, Procedures Development & Implementation to effectively execute the following functions: Costing / Estimation Sourcing & Cost Estimates / Cost analysis. Identify & Evaluate potential suppliers / manufacturers, Vendor Relations, Negotiation on Sourcing Technical Support Coordinate the Review of Standards & Specifications with suppliers. Project Planning Review Project Programs, budgets, MRP Procurement & Subcontracting Supplier Evaluation, orders and contracts, Subcontract Management, Preparing Purchase Orders and Agreements. Logistics / Delivery Products Delivery Inbound and Outbound Information Business System Management Maintenance of items & BOMs Team & Discipline Management Training and mentoring of New and Existing resources based on defined task policies. Reporting Updates, Communications, Meetings & Reports Warehouse Management Stock management and updates |
| Candidate Requirement |
| Profile | Required Qualifications ? Engineer with a working knowledge of supply chain management, estimation/costing, procurement, subcontracting, logistics and inventory management. ? Some cost management background to prepare cost estimates and purchase budgets and understand the flow of cost of material. ? Have specialized knowledge in procurement, inventory and warehouse management. ? Strong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a general understanding of ERP packages and applications. Personal Profile ? Young and dynamic. ? Result driven. ? High analytical skills ? Good in time Management ? Very good communication skills ? Excellent Negotiation Skills ? Team Player |
