| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Candidate must have 25 years of experience in Construction ( Infrastracture of roads and bridges ) and responsible for all aspects of the design and construction process for multiple major healthcare projects including full medical center replacements from design, environmental impact, city/state approval to construction . Ensures projects are completed within budget, on time and within for quality and applicable regulatory requirements. Heads a multi-disciplinary team of project managers, medical equipment consultants, project coordinators and support staff plus contracted consultants.Responsible for design development participation, pre-construction, construction, and tenant coordination. Maintains constant and effective communications with team members, internal/external customers, property management groups, and vendors/suppliers. Additional responsibilities include contract and insurance administration, monitoring and maintaining budgets, managing the budget forecasts, and assisting in the preparation of monthly job costs update reports. |
